codex 启动老是MCP client start failed，怎么修复。

问题描述：

如题，codex 启动的时候老是报这个提示，看起来好像没有影响什么，但是很丑哎。
是我节点的问题吗？
我尝试让Codex 自己修，也没修好

是不是mcp删除了，但是配置文件里面还有配置。看看 .codex/config.toml 找到对应的删除了试试

看起来工具连的内网？我有个mcp密钥用的内网的服务，codex启动的时候偶尔也会报错，总的来说还是iterm这种终端工具的网络请求和clash没配置好引起的

手动运行命令启动试试，不过感觉可能是权限问题
