giffgaff号码突然被封了

问题描述：

三个月前刚买的号码被封了，联系客服说违反了条例
I'm afraid that you have breached our terms as outlined in the Terms and Condition's Section 3.5 Part J. For this we have had to suspend and ban your SIM card. As your usage is not in line with our Terms & Conditions, this has resulted in a final bar being placed on your account, which I'm afraid is permanent.
Section 3.5 Part J的内容是：
j) Ensure the information you have provided to us in Participation or otherwise is accurate and up-to-date;
居然是信息不正确就能把号给封了，我看之前网上辟谣说gg只封那些做灰产的，个人号码不受影响，怎么我的正常接码的号给封了，联系客服扯皮半天，死活不给解封或退钱。佬友们有碰到这种情况吗？
