解决codex app左侧栏只显示一部分线程（貌似是50条）的bug

问题描述：

这个issue，但是官方也没管，不知道是把这个当成特性还是怎么的，

然后有人在 threads / projects in sidebar missing · Issue #18640 · openai/codex 这个帖子里面放了脚本

我直接发给codex，写了一个cmd，双击以后就生成了一个patch后的codex exe

然后，旧线程堂堂复活！
