关于 Google AI Pro 每月 10 美元赠金突然无法领取的问题以及解决方法

之前用学生帐号领了 Google AI Pro 之后，开始每个月领 10 美元赠金，除了 2 月忘了领之外，到 3 月都还可以领，但到 4 月的时候就突然不能领了，一直刷新福利页面，等了好几天也没有，如下图：

在 L 站搜了一圈，也发现有佬和我有类似的情况，但好像也没有解决方法。
后来赠金都快见底了，实在受不了就发了一封 Email 问了客服才解决。
以下是我发的 Email 内容，寄到 gdp-premium-support@google.com：
主旨：Missing $10 Monthly Google Cloud Credit for April (Google AI Pro Subscription)
Hello Google Developer Program Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with my monthly Google Cloud credits. I am currently an active subscriber of Google AI Pro (activated via Student plan).
In the previous months, I could successfully claim the $10 monthly Google Cloud credit from the "My Benefits" page. However, for this month (April), the $10 credit card/option has completely disappeared from my benefits dashboard.
My Account Details:
Google Account Email:【Google Email 帐号】
Subscription Type: Google AI Pro (Student Plan)
I have attached two screenshots for your reference:
Proof of my active Google AI Pro subscription.
My current "My Benefits" page showing the missing $10 credit card.
Could you please help investigate this sync issue and assist me in claiming my April credits?

记得附上 Google AI Pro 订阅证明 以及福利页面没有赠金卡的截图。
寄出之后，过了几个小时，客服回复说：「正在与内部团队核实这个问题」，然后又等了一天，客服回复说「我们的团队已针对此问题部署了修复进程。我们相信您现在应该能够正常看到缺失的积分，而不会遇到任何问题」。
然后赠金就又突然出现啦

不清楚诶，没有用过多个pro叠加赠金，我就只有一个付费账户

想问一下，这个家庭号码的成员可以领到吗？

请问是不是一个付费账户只能有一份赠金，我现在除了一个号外，其他都没法添加赠金进去。（全是家长号pro）

我都拿来调用 Gemini API，3.1pro和flash还是很好用的

很难受，我想要加结算账号已经加不上。不知道结算转移是不是可以用。

佬，不知道是不是你那边发邮件后他们集体复查了，我今天刚登录就可以领了，并没有发邮件

原来这是集体 bug，没想到我是第一个向官方反应的
