We’re contacting you regarding your Nebius Token Factory account as part of our transition to a new billing system.
Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to migrate your account due to missing or unsupported billing information. Common reasons include:
Your country is not supported in the new billing system
Missing postal code
Missing state or region
As a result, we will need to close your current billing account and stop access to paid services starting April 1, 2026.
We understand this may be frustrating, especially if you’ve been actively using the service, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Refunds
Any remaining balance will be fully refunded to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the service is stopped.
