We’re contacting you regarding your Nebius Token Factory account as part of our transition to a new billing system.
Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to migrate your account due to missing or unsupported billing information. Common reasons include:
Your country is not supported in the new billing system
Missing postal code
Missing state or region
As a result, we will need to close your current billing account and stop access to paid services starting April 1, 2026.
We understand this may be frustrating, especially if you’ve been actively using the service, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Refunds
Any remaining balance will be fully refunded to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the service is stopped.
What you can do
After Billing account closure you can still log in to Nebius Token Factory and submit updated billing details to create a new billing account
Please note that some countries are not yet supported in the new system.
Your data
After your billing account is closed, your Token Factory account will remain accessible. You’ll be able to log in and set up a new billing account at any time.
If you would like to fully delete your account, please contact our support team. We handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

这封邮件很多人都收到了，主要是账单地址信息缺失导致的。去Token Factory补全邮编、州/省信息一般就能解决，不用太慌。余额说是30天内退款，但能填好信息继续用当然更好。
