在电报机器人里面使用openclaw，当调用skills或者一些命令时经常不成功，报如下错误：
Exec approval is required, but chat exec approvals are not enabled on Telegram.
Approve it from the Web UI or terminal UI, or from Discord or Telegram if those approval clients are enabled.
