Dear Customers,
After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our product and related services. We sincerely appreciate your trust and support throughout our journey together. This notice provides the full timeline and details of the transition to help you plan accordingly.
Discontinuation Schedule
- Console (New sign-ups/purchases): Suspended April 23, 00:00 UTC.
- Official Website & Documentation: Offline May 11, 00:00 UTC.
- Existing Free-tier Customers: All services discontinued May 11, 00:00 UTC.
- Existing Paid Customers: Refund deadline May 20, 00:00 UTC.
- Q&A Forum: Retained until July 11, 00:00 UTC before permanent removal.
Refund Policy for Paid Customers
If you are an existing paid customer, you are entitled to a refund based on the remaining unused service period. To request a refund, please fill out our Refund Information Collection Form before the deadline (May 20). Requests submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund. No exceptions will be made.
What You Need to Do
Export or back up any data you wish to retain before May 11, 2026.
